our bus at 13:00 18th Sept Puebla-CDMX was cancelled without any upfront information/email/sms! As we where going to catch a flight this added a lot of stress. The local manager could not return money, give discount nor voucher. In the end we paid full 1st class price for a service which was not provided - this is fraud!

The young lady working there helped me greatly in figuring out which bus to take with the bare minimum Spanish I could manage. The buses were clean and timely, my hour ride was spent sleeping in very comfortable seats.

Buses are nice
Bus at 5 am and you wanna take a nap? Forget about it if you travel via Estrella Roja first class (!). Stupid advertising and some movie on TV with loud speakers during all two hours to Mexico City.
Air conditioning was turned off during half of time, so there was a lack of oxygen.
I think they even can't imagine how overrated this first class is.
Much more better is using normal cheap tickets or AU bus company.
